Welcome to Silverleaf

Some hundred years ago, this stunning stretch of Sonoran desert — which features breathtaking panoramic views of the Valley floor during the day and a sea of twinkling city lights come nightfall — was the site of a mining claim. Later, the property served as a cattle ranch. Since about 2002, however, Silverleaf has become a beautiful community of luxury homes.

A distinctive guard-gated enclave of million-dollar-plus homes cradled in and among the ruggedly gorgeous McDowell Mountains, Silverleaf promises the very finest in upscale living from its prestigious perch in far North Scottsdale.

The Neighbors

An upscale home for young families and retirees and just about every demographic in between. If you've always dreamed about European-style estates set amidst the ruggedly beautiful Sonoran desert scape — with first-class resort-style pampering just around the corner at the Club — Silverleaf may very well be the place for you.

What to Expect

A very upscale, Mediterranean-influenced aesthetic with a variety of luxurious housing options. Silverleaf's streets are graced with stunning custom estates, semi-custom homes on generously sized lots, and even exclusive lock-and-leave penthouses and condominiums with private elevator entries. In addition, a limited number of villas and "club cottages" are expected to become available at The Village at Silverleaf, located next to the Silverleaf Club. The price of these new homes is anticipated to start in the neighborhood of $2.3 million, while their floor plans are projected to range from approximately 2,730 square feet to nearly 6,600 square feet.

What Not to Expect

A nightlife scene focused on nightclubs. Looking for a place that's close to the “nightlife action”? Silverleaf probably isn’t where you want to hang your hat. Quiet, private roads are the status quo in this exclusive community and nighttime festivities here are more likely to focus on stargazing or relaxing with friends on the patio than hitting a dance floor.

The Lifestyle

A life of quiet elegance, surrounded by resort-style amenities and life’s little necessities. Silverleaf is an all-ages community and there’s truly something here for everyone: parks, pools, a trail system that meanders through the McDowell Sonoran Preserve, a K-8 elementary school in the adjacent community of DC Ranch (of which Silverleaf is a part), and plenty of golf at the 18-hole, par-72 course designed by Tom Weiskopf. Simply put, it's an unparalleled luxury community where everyone’s welcome.

You'll Fall In Love With

European-style estates and fairytale-worthy landscapes set amidst the Sonoran desert's rugged beauty. At the Silverleaf Club, where elegance is never stuffy, residents can indulge in the sumptuous 50,000-square-foot sanctuary that not only boasts a spa and a restaurant but also a resort-style pool and lap pool.

The Club serves as a gathering spot for community festivities, arts, and exercise classes, and social events like wine pairings — and it's also an impressive venue for wedding ceremonies and other memorable occasions. Community activities give residents a chance to mix and mingle, while close proximity to DC Ranch’s several retail centers means easy access to shopping and dining opportunities like those found at Market Street and DC Ranch Crossing.
